In the Maritime Culture Centre the last tickets are sold 60 minutes before museum closing

Ferry "Motława" travels between the Crane and the Granaries (from Wednesday to Sunday) every 15 minutes (except the course at 12.45). First course at 10.00 (Wednesday 13.00), last at 16.00.

Tickets to the interactive hall are sold for a specified time. The period of 45 minutes is provided for visiting which starts on the hour (11:00, 12:00, etc.). Maximum capacity: 25 visitors per 45 minutes.

How to get to

Getting to the Maritime Culture Centre

  • You can get there using buses and trams going to the Brama Wyżynna stop - see ZTM website, more detailed route on Google Maps (900 m, 11 minutes)

  • If you chose SKM train: leave at the Gdańsk Główny station, from there head to the Crane and the Maritime Culture Centre - more detailed route on Google Maps (1200 m, 15 minutes)

  • If you travel by car: from the intersection of the streets: Targ Drzewny, Wały Jagiellońskie and Hucisko - drive the Targ Drzewny street, then the Szeroka street, at the end of the street turn left into the Tokarska street - more detailed route on Google Maps

Parking spaces

  • No free parking space for cars and coaches. At the Museum only paid parking places

  • Exhibitions on 3 floors
  • Average tour duration: 2 hours
  • The maximum number of persons allowed in the Maritime Culture Centre – 90 (30 in the interactive room)
  • All visitors must cover their mouth and nose using a mask
  • Some of the devices on the exhibitions: "People-Ships-Ports" and 'Ships. Our Passion" are out of order due to COVID-19 restrictions
